Psychotherapy : Individuals, Groups, Families, & Couples
Our sessions will be a neutral space where we can explore whatever feelings, patterns, or conflicts you are struggling with. We will collaborate to identify your goals, determine how to reach them, and come up with creative solutions to difficult issues.
Family sessions can take many different forms. Depending on the issues we're working with, different constellations of family members may meet at different times. We will come up with a plan of action to address your presenting problems, and adapt our approach to fit your specific situation.

Generally we will meet once a week for fifty minutes, unless we discuss otherwise. Our time can be spent in talk therapy, or can take a different form, depending on what you are hoping to achieve and what you are currently struggling with. As needed we will do somatic work, usually in the form of breathing practices, meditation, or simply going for a walk in the neighborhood. With younger clients I often do play therapy and art therapy.
